LUNATERA was born from a return to basics. Before becoming a business, it was a story—that of a woman who for a long time sought outside what she already carried within her. From this journey was born a modern sanctuary, dedicated to women's health and to reconnecting with the body, cycles, and the deep nature of the feminine.

I am a certified Ayurvedic practitioner and a student of holistic naturopathy and women's health. My journey is also enriched by training and teachings in Chinese medicine and traditional Mayan approaches.
My mission is to offer essential guidance for understanding the cycles that flow through our bodies and consciousness. Each cycle carries a lesson, a learning, and invites us to evolve in every facet of the self. No cycle is static: all offer a space for expression, experimentation, integration, and transcendence, in a continuous movement… forming the cycles of life.
