The ritual candle: transforming a simple gesture into a sacred moment

La bougie rituelle : transformer un geste simple en moment sacré

Lighting a candle is one of humanity's oldest gestures. A flame, a little
silence, and time seems to slow down. At LUNATERA, we believe that such a
simple gesture can become a true moment of grounding — provided an intention
is set.

MORE THAN A CANDLE: A SUPPORT TOOL

Each LUNATERA candle is designed as a tool. Beyond the fragrance, it brings
together three elements that invite presence:

• A crystal embedded in the wax, which reveals itself as the candle burns.
• A mantra, a phrase to repeat to recenter oneself.
• Two suggested, simple rituals to integrate into your daily life.

It is this meeting between matter, breath, and intention that transforms an
object into a passage — an invitation to slow down, feel, and honor the
present moment.

CREATE YOUR OWN RITUAL

A ritual doesn't need to be complicated. Most importantly, it needs to be
yours.

1. Choose a moment. In the morning to set an intention, in the evening to
release the day. The right moment is when you can settle in.
2. Prepare the space. Turn off screens, dim the lights, breathe.
3. Light the flame with attention. Observe it for a few moments.
4. Recite the mantra. Let the phrase resonate, without forcing anything.
5. Let the ritual work. Reading, journaling, stretching, or simply silence.

OUR CREATIONS

🌙 Feminine Wisdom — The Clairvoyant
Intuition · Introspection · Clarity. A fresh and purifying scent (sage, cedar,
rose, lavender, jasmine) for periods of reflection, transition, or decision.
Crystal: labradorite.

🤍 Waking Dream — The Vigilant Mother
Inspiration · Awakening · Gentleness. A warm and delicate scent (vanilla,
lavender, jasmine, bergamot) for more sensitive moments — postpartum,
fatigue, vulnerability — when the body needs comfort. Crystal: clear quartz.

Each creation accompanies the cycles of the body, the moon, and the seasons.
Because self-care sometimes begins with a single gesture, made with
intention.
